Delivery

All orders are processed and will ship within 5-7 business days. Custom order timeline will be discussed prior to ordering. All items will be shipped via USPS with a tracking number. First class mail usually takes 1-4 days to arrive within the US.

Shipping

All shipping outside the US is via USPS first class mail and may take from 1-4 weeks. We cannot track a package once it leaves the US. If package gets held in customs, it could take extra time as well.

Can I return or exchange my item?

My goal is for you to truly fall in love with the jewelry you choose, which is why I’ve made the return and exchange process as simple and pleasant as possible. You can return or exchange any unworn jewelry within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s still in its original condition and packaging. I kindly ask that you handle your piece with care during this time, so I can lovingly repurpose it in a sustainable way.

Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To make your experience even more delightful, we’re happy to offer both store credits and refunds. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply email us before sending it back, and we’ll provide you with a return shipping label. Once your jewelry arrives, we’ll complete a quick inspection, and you can choose either a refund or an exchange—whichever makes you happiest!
