Since our jewelry is all made to order, we do not offer refunds at this time. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receiving your package (as per tracking information) for store credit only. If you are unhappy with your purchase please send us an email and we can help set up the exchange. Shipping costs are also non-refundable and return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.
We are happy to repair any broken jewelry within the first 30 days of purchase at no charge, however we cannot guarantee that every piece can be replaced as some pieces used in our jewelry are one of a kind. If it has been past the 30 day period please send us an email and we can try to accommodate you however some charges may be incurred.
Please store your jewelry separately in dry environments to avoid contact with moisture. Gold-plated items, gold-filled items and other metals can tarnish with time, especially when exposed to chemicals and oils. Always remove your jewelry before bathing or swimming. It is recommended to put on your jewelry after you have applied perfume, body oils, lotions, hairspray, etc as these chemicals can cause tarnishing to happen.
